Quotes and project approval
Quotes are based on the details available at the time they are prepared. Materials, measurements, design changes and production requirements can affect the final price. Work begins after the required approvals and payment have been received.
You are responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, measurements and design details before approving a project.
Custom work
Custom jewelry is made for an individual customer. Natural stones, handmade finishing and production methods can create small variations from digital renderings or reference images.
All custom purchases are governed by our Refund Policy. Please read it before approving a design or making a payment.
Timelines and delivery
Any completion or delivery date is an estimate unless Fulop Jewelry confirms otherwise in writing. Design revisions, material availability, production requirements, carrier delays and events outside our control can affect timing.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Shipping availability, cost and insurance may vary by destination.
Repairs and resizing
Repair and resizing work is subject to an assessment. Existing wear, prior work, delicate stones or hidden damage can affect the available options. We will explain material concerns discovered during the assessment or while the work is underway.

Text, photographs, designs and other original website content belong to Fulop Jewelry or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.
Legal rights
These terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law. If any part of these terms conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that requirement applies.
