Final sale
Each jewelry item offered by Fulop Jewelry is handmade, custom made or fitted for an individual customer. All orders, including custom and engravable pieces, are final sale. They cannot be returned, cancelled or exchanged unless Fulop Jewelry provides written consent or applicable law requires otherwise.
In stock jewelry and custom jewelry are nonrefundable once purchased. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the correct size and review all approved details before purchasing.
Custom pendant deposits
A custom pendant deposit may be refunded only if the CAD design has not been completed. Once the CAD design for the custom piece has been completed, the deposit and all other payments are nonrefundable.
Mandatory legal rights
This policy does not limit any right or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law. Please use the contact page if you believe an order was not supplied as agreed or another mandatory legal right applies.
